Steam Create Lab

Where Creativity Meets Innovation

A hands-on STEAM maker program where students learn by designing, building, testing, and creating — transforming everyday ideas into products they can proudly take home.

Program Overview

Create Lab is a hands-on STEAM maker program where students learn by designing, building, testing, and creating. Through exciting projects, students strengthen creativity, problem solving, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking while transforming everyday ideas into products they can proudly take home.

Each session combines elements of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics with design thinking to help students understand how creativity and innovation work together.

Students explore a variety of maker projects, which may include candles, jewelry, tote bags, lip gloss, sugar scrubs, clay creations, press-on nails, and other creative products. Along the way, they learn how to improve ideas through trial and error, work with different materials and tools, follow design processes, and think critically about how products are made.

Students also gain an introduction to branding, pricing, customer experience, and selling what they create, helping them connect creativity with entrepreneurship and real-world problem solving.

By the end of the program, students leave with a collection of projects they created themselves, a stronger creative mindset, and the confidence to turn ideas into reality.
